Firstly, shout out to all Potterheads who got the reference. You had a good childhood :)

As we get older, things change and people change. The people (or things) we thought we loved, we now don't (and vice versa). Many times, we get uncomfortable about dealing with change - but hey, it's what makes the world go round.

Beginnings. The point where things start to change. Be it for the better or for worse. A turning point, if you will. Moreover, this turning point brings fresh perspectives, new prospects, infinite possibilities. It's a chance to start anew, on a blank canvas. One can paint whatever one wants on that canvas. (I don't know about you, but I get excited at the sight or thought of a blank canvas. So many possibilities, so many things you can do with it)

Endings. The point where things stop changing. Where things slow down to a plateau. Another turning point, if you will. However, is this where one realises that old perspectives and prospects need to be replaced. Just like when a cassette is done playing, you'd have to put in a new one in the player to enjoy your music again.

They always say that a new door opens when one closes. Just when you think you hit a wall, there is always a new path to walk. Even though it isn't what you want, it's a path to walk nonetheless.

It's a cycle. When something ends, a new thing begins. When one opportunity goes, another will come.

Have faith that good things will come your way. Bad things aren't made to last (You could say the same thing with good things...). Yes, there will always be a rainbow after a storm.

Just like Dumbledore did with the Golden Snitch, help will always be given to those who ask for it at the most crucial times. Hence, there is always a silver lining in every bad situation you come across. Always.

P.S. So many Harry Potter references! :) Let me know how many you spotted :)
